Software for restoration franchise networks.

Restoration is a business with a clock on it. A loss is reported, and from that moment everything is measured: how long until somebody answers, how long until mitigation starts, whether the drying was logged today, whether a milestone was met or missed. Most of the difficulty is not in doing the work — it is in knowing, across a whole network of franchises, what is running and what is late.

So we build two things. HOUZWare is where the work happens: losses and the jobs beneath them, crews and schedules, inspections, estimates, equipment, and separate doors for the customer, the adjuster and the trade partner. ZOR Helpdesk is who the franchises call when the tools themselves need fixing.

Both are built and run by the same small team, on infrastructure we operate ourselves. That is deliberate: the people who answer the ticket are the people who can change the software, which is the shortest distance between a problem and a fix.
